Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a dedicated Catering Set-Up Associate to prepare and execute complete event setups, both indoors and outdoors, across our venues. You will carefully follow event orders, manage service standards, and assist with breakdowns after functions.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of high-volume catering experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift heavy loads. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
• 2 years' experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering equipment and supplies for events.
• Follow event orders and pull sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Provide tray carrying, wine, table, and buffet service.
• Break down and clean up after events and store equipment properly.
• Work at indoor and outdoor events across the property.
• Communicate special requests to management.
• Complete special projects as needed.

SUMMARY:

Fully stages all necessary catering equipment and supplies needed for a complete set up of a function.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered events
• Ability to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention to
• Banquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups.
• Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet service
• Thoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage
• Complete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the property
• Communicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up time
• Special projects and assignments as business dictate.

• Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events
• 2 years' experience in high volume catering or full service dining
• Knowledge of food service and table standards
