Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Suite Attendant at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA to deliver premier catering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes during events. This role focuses on guest satisfaction and precision in service, with emphasis on teamwork and following venue standards.

The position requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and a High School Diploma or GED plus at least one year in a service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of service-oriented work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality catering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes.
• Follow event instructions from Premium Services Coordinator or Banquet Manager.
• Assist with collecting banquet equipment (flatware, china, glassware and serving pieces).
• Assist with preparing garnishes, beverages, condiments and breads.
• Assist with cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, creamers, etc.
• Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary.
• Attend pre-function meeting and briefing of event details.
• Always provide friendly and courteous customer service.
• Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned according to each event.
• Report any customer concerns and/or complaints to manager.
• Breakdown equipment after each event.
• Clean and return serving pieces to proper storage area.
• Adhere to strict grooming standards and policies of company.
• Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary.
• Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards.

POSITION SUMMARY

This positionisresponsibleforproviding ahigh-qualitycatering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.

POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES

• Be at work and in proper uniform according to the scheduled time

• Follow instructions for each event as given by the Premium Services Coordinator and/or Banquet Manager

• Assistwith collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware,china, glassware and serving pieces needed for each event

• Assistwith preparing garnishes, beverages,condimentsand breads

• Assistwith cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, creamers, etc.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

HOURLY RATE: $16.00
