Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Suite Attendant at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. You will provide high-quality catering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes while following event instructions from supervisors and maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

The role requires 1 year in a service environment, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover safety and sanitary practices, with a focus on teamwork and accessibility

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of one year in a service-oriented environment.
Ability to follow directions and provide courteous service.
Positive customer-focused attitude and neat appearance.
Knowledge of sanitary practices and safety.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality catering service for Suites and Luxury Boxes.
Follow instructions from the Premium Services Coordinator/Banquet Manager.
Assist with collecting banquet equipment (flatware, china, glassware, serving pieces).
Prepare garnishes, beverages, condiments and breads.
Set up and assist with event room preparation; attend pre-function briefing.
Maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.
Report customer concerns to management and assist with breakdown of equipment.
