Job summary

IT’SUGAR, a bright and playful candy retailer with over 100 locations nationwide, is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to deliver a SWEET customer experience and uphold our vibrant store standards.

You will engage customers, operate the POS, keep shelves visually appealing, assist with events and promotions, and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment. Must be 18+, no prior retail experience required; flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No retail experience required.
• Optimistic, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use a POS/register and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a SWEET customer experience and promote IT’SUGAR brand.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness according to visual guidelines.
• Assist in setup of in-store events and promotions.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers.
