The role offers growth toward management with a focus on operations, customer service, and sales performance in a high-energy candy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and meet sales objectives.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure store visual standards and cleanliness; operate POS to cash out customers.
