Job summary

ASR Group’s Chalmette, Louisiana refinery seeks a Process Team Manager to provide technical leadership, directing on-shift operations and coordinating hourly staff to meet production, quality, GMP and safety standards.

You will drive equipment reliability, energy use, cost control, and continuous improvement; develop supervisory personnel; handle labor relations within contract guidelines; and oversee maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industrial supervision experience.
• Ability to manage liquid process systems with basic chemistry and math.

Responsibilities

• Directs sugar refining operations on the designated shift.
• Leads teams to ensure GMP and safe operations.
• Maintains production, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Controls energy use to reduce costs.
• Develops supervision and staff for shifts.
• Coordinates non-routine maintenance activities.
