Job summary

ASR Group in Crockett, CA seeks a Process Team Manager to drive efficient refining of raw sugar and production of finished products. You will supervise refinery operations, shifts, and hourly staff, ensuring quality, cost control, and safety.

This leadership role requires coordinating with Shift Superintendent and maintaining GMP standards while rotating days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5 years supervisory experience in similar refinery operation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train employees in a team-based environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs the entire refining process from receipt of dry raw sugar through melting, clarification, decolorization, filtration, crystallization and drying.
• Supervises directly all process activities and shift personnel.
• Ensures GMP standards are maintained and costs are minimized.
• Controls energy, water, air and power usage to reduce refining costs.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and sanitation across assigned areas.
