Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Process Team Manager to lead a sugar refining shift with focus on reliability, quality, and efficiency. You will supervise hourly personnel, drive safety and GMP compliance, and coordinate maintenance during operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial supervision experience, knowledge of fluid systems, and strong leadership and communication skills to coach a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience supervising in an industrial setting (3–5 years).
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work.

Responsibilities

• Directs sugar refining operations on designated shift.
• Oversees safety, GMP, and SOP compliance on shift.
• Achieves production volume and quality standards.
• Manages energy, water, air, and power usage to control costs.
• Develops supervisory staff for optimal labor use.
• Handles labor relations within contract guidelines.
• Participates in continuous improvement and non-routine maintenance.
