Job summary

ASR Group in Crockett, CA is seeking a Process Team Manager to oversee the refinery operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure safety and quality across all stages of production. The role requires flexibility for 24/7 coverage and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include directing the refining process, managing shift priorities, and supervising process activities while upholding GMP standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or service organization.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and train employees.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Industrial food processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the refining process from receipt of dry raw sugar through finished products.
• Supervises all process activities and shift priorities.
• Ensures quality standards and cost objectives are met.
• Manages energy, water, air, and power use to reduce costs.
• Oversees housekeeping, safety, GMPs and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates plant operations on swing and night shifts.
