Responsibilities

• Sets shift priorities and manages energy, water, air and power usage to cut costs.
• Oversees safety, GMP compliance, and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Coordinates plant operations across shifts and handles community/government contacts as needed.
• Develops supervisory personnel and evaluates performance.
