Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of industrial supervision experience.
• Able to manage a liquid process system using knowledge of fluid systems, chemistry, and math.
• Experience supervising both union and salaried employees.

• Directs sugar refining operations on designated shift.
• Directs teams ensuring GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Achieves production targets and quality standards under supervision.
