Job summary
CES Group Engineers, LLP in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced SUE Analyst to join our subsurface utility engineering team. You will lead field crews, supervise data collection, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with project managers.
The role requires reading construction plans, operating geophysical equipment (GPR, vacuum excavation, and related tools), and delivering accurate information to CAD technicians for upload and design integration.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of SUE engineering experience.
- Experience with SUE and Geomatics equipment.
- Read construction plans/blueprints.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Background check and drug test required.
- Detail-oriented team player who adapts and analyzes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crew on projects.
- Operate geophysical equipment and collect data.
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and CAD technicians.
- Meet project deadlines and budgets.
