Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. seeks a Clinical Outreach Specialist to build a referral network across Washington, DC and surrounding communities.

This full-time, exempt role focuses on establishing partnerships with hospitals, emergency departments, and other care partners to enable timely, clinically appropriate referrals. You will educate partners on the admissions pathway, coordinate with Admissions and Operations, and help launch a new inpatient SUD program with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• At least three years in behavioral health or SUD outreach, admissions or business development.
• Knowledge of ASAM levels of care and payer processes (Medicaid/Medicare).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly in the territory.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends during launch.

Responsabilités

• Build a prioritized territory plan for Washington, DC and surrounding communities.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, EMS, and community providers to facilitate referrals.
• Deliver presentations about the program and referral pathways.
• Coordinate with Admissions on benefits verification and level of care.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly reports.
