Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. is launching an in-patient SUD program in Washington, DC.

The Clinical Outreach Specialist will build a robust referral network with hospitals, EDs, EMS, and community providers, coordinating with Admissions and operations to ensure timely referrals. The role emphasizes relationship-building, education, and participation in community outreach activities, with a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Experience in behavioral health or SUD outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Knowledge of ASAM levels of care and MOUD/MAT.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare and benefits verification.

Responsabilités

• Build a trusted referral network across hospitals, EDs, EMS, and community partners.
• Educate stakeholders about the program, pathways to care, and levels of care.
• Represent Prestige at community meetings, conferences, and outreach events.
• Coordinate with Admissions and the business office on benefits verification and payer contracts.
