Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Learning Systems Specialist with SuccessFactors in Beavercreek for a 6-9 month assignment. The role administers the LMS, ensures compliant training, and supports delivery and communications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SuccessFactors experience (required).
• Experience in a regulated training or Learning & Development environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service skills with patience and flexibility.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Technical aptitude including system administration or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer the learning management system with system maintenance, course setup, rosters, curriculum changes, and module uploads.
• Run evaluation and LMS reports; flag policy or training gaps to leadership.
• Manage job codes, roles, and curriculum assignments for new hires and employees.
• Schedule trainings, process enrollments, and support compliance reporting.
