Johnny’s Markets is seeking a Subway Manager in Training to lead in-store operations at a Michigan location. You’ll work closely with store and area managers to keep the shop clean, well-staffed, well-supplied, and ready to satisfy customers, with availability 24 hours as needed.

You’ll learn franchise standards, handle ordering, scheduling, payroll processing, and report to the Store Manager. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork while developing leadership and HR skills in

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or two years related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination.
• Experience with safety procedures around fryers, ovens, and equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to manage in-store operations in a Subway franchise setting.
• Handle scheduling, payroll processing, and time sheets.
• Order, receive, and check-in supplies and food items.
• Follow franchise guidelines for pricing, displays, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety according to standards.
• Supervise and train Subway Sandwich Artists as directed.
