Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Subway Manager in keeping the facility clean, safe, well-supplied and staffed.
• Set the bar for customer service and address complaints promptly and politely.
• Manage cash levels, expenses and inventory.
• Handle HR duties including training and scheduling.
• Assist with stock rotation and vendor check-ins.
• Follow franchise guidelines for pricing, displays and promotions.
• Rotate food per standards and report losses.
• Report maintenance, safety issues and emergencies immediately.
• During manager absence, complete daily bookwork and deposits.
