Job summary

Johnny’s Markets is seeking a Subway Manager in Training to oversee in-store operations under the guidance of store and area managers. You’ll help keep the location clean, safe, well-staffed, and well-supplied, ensuring excellent customer service and daily readiness.

Responsibilities include handling books and payroll reporting, managing cash in the register, ordering supplies, following HR policies, and coordinating with vendors while maintaining franchise standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, email.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run the in-store Subway shop under supervision.
• Assist with bookkeeping and cash handling; report to store manager.
• Schedule staff, payroll timesheets, and safety compliance.
• Order, receive, and check in restaurant supplies and food.
