Job summary

Penmac Education Staffing in New Bloomfield, MO, is seeking Substitute Teachers for the New Bloomfield R-III School District. You can create your own schedule and choose grade levels, buildings, and subjects, with training and ongoing support from Penmac to help you succeed in the classroom.

You will follow provided lesson plans, manage classrooms, adapt methods to student needs, supervise students in and out of class, and prepare assignments based on available plans.

Qualifications

• Must have 36 college credit hours or online training program per Missouri requirements.
• Must obtain Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate.
• Fingerprint background check required.
• Penmac training provided.

Penmac Education Staffing is now hiring Substitute Teachers in the New Bloomfield R-III School District.

Substitute Teachers play a vital role in providing quality education to our children. You will have the flexibility of creating your own schedule and setting your preferences for which grade levels, school buildings, and subject matter areas you would like to teach in. Penmac provides training and ongoing support to substitute teachers to ensure you have the tools and skills needed to succeed in the classroom.

Responsibilities of a Substitute Teacher include:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.

To become a Substitute Teacher, you must:

• Have 36 college credit hours (in any subject) OR complete an online training program designated by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
• Obtain a Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate

• Complete required training provided by Penmac.
