Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to oversee power infrastructure construction projects, including substations and transmission lines, from bid to client acceptance. You will establish objectives, monitor progress with on-site teams, and manage contract finances while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree and at least five years of construction management experience, with thorough knowledge of construction practices and safety

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of construction management/estimating experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, safety, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and standards.
• Monitor progress with on-site superintendents to ensure schedule and budget.
• Represent the company in meetings and labor strategy discussions.
• Manage contract finances and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare project estimates from drawings, takeoffs, and contracting requirements.
• Supervise construction, interfacing with client AE reps and other contractors.
