Job summary

Ulteig is seeking an Associate Director in the Renewables, Substation Department to lead technical engineering managers and multi-discipline teams, driving projects and business growth in utility-scale solar, wind, and storage. You will partner across delivery, business development, and operations to build capability and client success.

You will focus on leadership, strategic direction, and revenue growth while guiding cross-functional teams and improving department performance within Ulteig's

Qualifications

• Experience leading managers, developing people, and building accountable teams.
• Renewables design experience is required.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers and multi-disciplinary teams across Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedules and quality across proposals, design, and construction.
• Manage subconsultants and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Guide department budgeting, revenue, profitability, and training budgets.
• Drive business development and client relationships to grow the Renewables market.
