Job summary

Ulteig is seeking an Associate Director in Renewables, Substation to lead engineering managers and teams across Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical disciplines while supporting projects and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth for the Renewables Market.

You will partner across project delivery, business development, and operations to build team capability, support client success, and position Ulteig for continued growth in utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage

Qualifications

Must have prior management experience leading managers and teams.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Authorization to work permanently in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering managers and multi-discipline teams (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical).
Drive business development and revenue growth in Renewables.
Oversee project leadership, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with BD and Project Management on contracts and delivery.
