Job summary

Ulteig is seeking an Associate Director to lead and shape our Renewables, Civil Department during a period of strong growth in North America. You will manage civil/structural engineers, designers, and technicians on utility-scale solar, wind, and battery projects while partnering across delivery, business development, and operations.

You will lead managers, mentor staff, and strategize to strengthen department capability, ensure quality delivery, and grow Ulteig's Renewables business across

Qualifications

• PE licensure is required or equivalent.
• Experience leading managers and developing teams.
• Renewable civil/structural design experience required.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical managers and multidisciplinary teams across renewables civil/structural projects.
• Provide strategic direction, oversight of budgets, and talent development.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth in the Renewables sector.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams for talent selection and workforce planning.
• Champion continuous improvement and efficient delivery practices.
