Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and internal systems.
• Apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges.
• Visualize entire project and embed solutions in plans and schedules.
• Schedule, monitor, and forecast resources for efficiency.
• Lead and manage multiple facets of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute the project plan to schedule and budget.
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Produce weekly reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and address issues to avoid budget overruns.
