Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Substation Foreman to supervise day-to-day field activities on transmission projects. You will report to the Project Manager and guide teams from Groundman to Leadman, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, and communication skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Candidates should have field construction experience, a valid State Class A CDL and OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise field construction activities and coordinate teams.
• Experience applying engineering principles to plan and execute projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and resource forecasting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal operational systems.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse construction crews.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute the project plan to schedule and ensure compliance with budged.
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Track and communicate weekly project report and generates 3 weeks look ahead.
• Ensure project materials and workmanship meets the project quality standards and design requirements.
• Initiate and conduct project meetings with staff assigned to the project and management if necessary.
• Review and address plan details, resolve issues before they result in added budget expenditures.
