Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI - A MasTec Company) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a geographic division, drive growth, and deliver safe, on-time, on-budget utility projects.

You will oversee project management, field operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and financial forecasting, with full P&L responsibility. You will build relationships with clients, coordinate resources, manage risk, and ensure quality across transmission, distribution, substations, and renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible utility construction experience.
• 5+ years in senior operations, project management, or division leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with utility clients and partners.
• Direct all day-to-day operations within the division.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review project cost reports and profitability; manage forecasts.
