Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, or related field.
• 10+ years of utility construction experience.
• 5+ years in senior operations or division leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with utility clients and partners.
• Provide leadership for division-level project management, field operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and finance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and ensure safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee multiple large projects across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy.
• Drive growth strategies and operational efficiencies while ensuring contract compliance.
