Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI - A MasTec Company) is seeking a Construction Manager to lead utility construction projects, manage resources, and oversee crews in a professional setting.

You will coordinate with field personnel, operations leadership, and customers to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes. Responsibilities include cost estimation, scheduling, safety leadership, subcontractor oversight, and ensuring compliance with drawings and contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• 2 years in a supervisory position is required.
• OSHA 20 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects to completion on-time and within budget.
• Schedule crews, assign tasks, review timelines, and supervise performance and quality.
• Assist in hiring processes and maintain employment paperwork.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safe practices.
• Determine job costs, labor, and material needs, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and interpret drawings, maps, blueprints, bid documents, contracts, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve blueprint issues prior to and during construction.
• Supervise subcontractors and inspect work; bill as needed.
• Oversee personnel and equipment; coordinate with management and customers.
• Participate in estimating, bidding, and change order processes.
