Eversource Energy in Connecticut seeks a Substation Supervisor to lead construction, maintenance and repair of substation equipment while analyzing data to set maintenance requirements. The role promotes a safety-first culture and drives a customer-focused mindset across teams.

The position requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent related experience is required.
• Five to ten years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of substation facilities is preferred.
• Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance activities for T&D substations.
• Coordinates maintenance and construction by arranging staffing, materials and equipment with other sections and contractors.
• Responsible for reliability and condition of substation assets.
• Analyzes maintenance data and inputs results into company database.
• Sets clear expectations and provides ongoing feedback to employees.
