Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI) seeks a Substation Leadman to supervise daily substation construction activities and guide crew members from Groundman to Journeyman. You will report to the project Foreman and ensure quality workmanship and adherence to EEI safety standards.

The role requires prior crew leadership experience, willingness to travel across the Central US, and a strong commitment to safety and collaboration in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew building substations.
• Willingness to travel around Central US.
• OSHA 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Direct, coach and guide all staff assigned to the project.
• Ensure project materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Review plan details and resolve issues before budgets are affected.
• Enforce safety culture and site procedures.
