Job summary

Altitude Energy LLC seeks a Foreman to lead field teams on substation construction projects. You will supervise crews, manage safety, scheduling, and cost reporting to ensure work aligns with contract documents.

The role requires Journeyman certification, a Class A CDL, and at least 4 years of experience. Travel and hands-on leadership with field and office collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Driver license and clean MVR requirement.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ previous experience.
• Qualifications/Certifications: Journeyman Certificate; through the Department of Labor.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate level computer skills for time tracking, emails, apps and reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Documentation done timely with accurate reporting and tracking.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in meetings.
• Read and follow contract documents to ensure work aligns with requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and plan daily crew activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and job costs.
