Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Substation division. This field-based role reports to the General Foreman and supervises journeyman crews, subcontractors, and apprentices on live project sites.

You will manage daily field activities, enforce safety, track progress, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with office teams to deliver on schedule and quality. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate level computer skills for time tracking, emails, and project reports.
• Experience reading and following contract documents.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily activities of your crew.
• Ensure accurate reporting: incidents, time, expenses, and daily reports.
• Attend and participate in meetings.
• Monitor project schedule and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Manage subcontractors, changes, and risk.
• Ensure safety compliance and training of crew.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to company procedures.
