Job summary

The role requires 10–12 years of continuous experience, CDL, personal tools, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to travel up to 90% with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew safety while performing construction, maintenance or repair on substation equipment/systems.

• Attend pre-bid and client pre-construction meetings.
• Identify, track and report completed job units to the Project Manager.
• Schedule and supervise multiple jobs and ensure quality standards.
