Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC seeks a Substation General Foreman in Milton, FL to supervise construction and maintenance crews on high/low voltage substations. You will plan, schedule, coach staff, ensure safety, coordinate with project teams, and support pre-bid and client meetings. Travel up to 90% and lift requirements are part of the role.

Candidates need 10–12 years in substation construction, CDL, and ability to work at heights, with strong leadership and reporting skills to the PM.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL).
• Must supply own hand tools and safety-toed boots.
• 10–12 years of continuous experience in substation construction/maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 90% and work overtime as required.
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and coordinate substation construction and maintenance activities.
• Direct work crews and provide technical guidance to ensure safety and quality.
• Attend pre-bid and client pre-construction meetings; assist in job estimation.
• Track and report completed job units to the Project Manager or Area Supervisor.
