Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Substation Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction and maintenance of substation projects. You will lead a crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality while meeting project goals.

The role requires 8–9 years in the field, CDL, and the ability to travel across sites as needed; expect to report to the Project Manager or General Foreman and participate in pre-bid and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform rigorous physical labor.
• Must possess a Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL).
• Must supply own personal hand tools and safety-toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate substation construction and maintenance work.
• Direct work assignments and coach crew members.
• Review job estimates and participate in pre-bid and client pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance for all activities.
• Travel to other sites as required (up to 90%).
