Qualifications

• 5-year minimum of recent field experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Coordinates and inspects crew work and travels as required.
• CDL license is required and safe driving demonstrated.
• Willing to work overtime and in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise overhead distribution construction, maintenance or repair.
• Coach crew members and ensure safe, productive procedures.
• Set poles, string wires, install transformers and switchgear.
• Perform pre-job briefings and manage live voltage work when needed.
• Inspect vehicles and PPE; coordinate line clearances and safety rules.
