Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
• PE license (NCEES) required. 5–7+ years in substation engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead an engineering and design team (engineers, designers, CAD technicians, admin staff).
• Perform Responsible Charge Engineering duties (Sealing designs) and manage project schedules.
• Control cost and utilization, ensure adherence to codes and standards, and mentor staff.
