The role reports to the Engineering Director, requires a B.S. in engineering, a P.E. license, 10+ years in electric utility HV projects, and strong leadership. Travel up to 25% may be required. NEC/NESC/IEEE compliance and cost-effective solutions are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• P.E. license is required.
• Expert understanding of the major components of a substation.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electric utility HV substation projects.
• Strong technical engineering knowledge and familiarity with industry standards.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion including planning, design, construction support, and closeout.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
• Ensure projects stay on budget and schedule while delivering cost-effective solutions.
