Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Strong quality focus and attention to detail
• Proactive communicator with good written and verbal skills

• Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic engineering tools
• Understanding of electric power, grid basics, and substation design principles
• Willingness to develop independence under supervision
• Familiarity with engineering research, analysis, and presenting recommendations

Responsibilities

• Assist with Physical Electrical, Protection and Control, SCADA Systems, Station Automation design on substations
• Perform basic engineering calculations to support design
• Follow the Quality Control Plan in assignments
• Prepare project deliverables including drawings and technical reports
• Collaborate with other substation engineering disciplines
• Help develop processes to improve project execution efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and organized files
• Seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge
