Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in electrical engineering (ABET-approved) with 1–3 years of related academic or project experience.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing substation design drawings and engineering calculations for electric utility clients.
• Perform self-checking to ensure quality before review.
• Coordinate project activities with engineers and project managers.
• Use client systems to track and update design activities.
• Assist senior engineers during site meetings to gather scope of work.
