Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of substation design experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform substation physical design, drawings, and bill of materials.
• Self-check designs for quality before senior review.
• Prepare CAD construction drawings with neatness and minimal errors.
• Develop engineering calculations (conduit sizing, grounding, lighting analysis).
• Ensure designs conform to client and industry standards.
• Coordinate with senior engineer/PM and track design activities.
