Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substation experience. You will define scope, schedules and budgets, manage costs and profitability, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing change management, progress reporting, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and mentoring of junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with design-build/EPC projects, preferably substations.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage project costs and ensure profitability across projects.
• Coordinate submittals and change management with stakeholders.
• Prepare and review budgets, invoices, and payments with vendors.
• Monitor risks, progress, and deliverables; escalate as needed.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers and lead meetings.
