Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience to lead complex projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You will define scope, prepare schedules and budgets, and drive profitability while guiding teams through execution.

Responsibilities include risk monitoring, change management, client communications, and coordination with engineering and construction managers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices.
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
