Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substation background. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include cost control, timely client billings, coordination of stakeholders, and mentorship of junior PMs. Travel up to 10% and a path to leadership within an expanding program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with substations.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manage project costs and profitability, and oversee client invoicing and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate change management and monitor project risks.
• Prepare monthly reports, bid packages, addendums and closeout materials.
