Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substation experience. Responsibilities include defining project scope, schedules, and budgets, managing costs and profitability, and ensuring timely client billings and payments.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and lead change management processes while maintaining schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of experience preferred.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work and cost baselines with WBS and budgets.
• Manage costs and drive profitability across projects.
• Oversee client billings, payments and subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project risks and escalate as needed; manage changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely status updates.
