Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a skilled construction supervisor to interface with direct hire supervision and field engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of project activities. The role emphasizes adherence to schedules, budget, and contractual commitments across multiple disciplines.

You will lead foremen and craft teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive productivity on a major project site.

Formación

• 1+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records).
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor construction activities for CPM schedule adherence and report progress.
• Assist craft in resolving issues related to drawings, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, and safety.
• Provide direction to craft supervision to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Develop and monitor Look Ahead schedules and corrective plans.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field staff to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
