Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Substation Craft professional to work directly with a Foreman on planning, layout, installation, testing, and maintenance of high voltage substations at generating stations and substations.

You will learn to lead craft workers, ensure safety, and coordinate with the crew to meet project plans and schedules, with opportunities across power, water, grid, and industrial markets.

Formación

• Must have working experience as a Substation Journeyman or equivalent in an industrial construction setting.
• Strong working knowledge of project specs and high voltage electrical and civil standards.
• OSHA/NCCER certifications related to crane operations and electrical work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety-related processes and programs with the crew.
• Coordinate with crafts and coworkers to execute daily plans.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate hours and activity designations.
• Participate in safety investigations and pre-job planning documentation.
