Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
• OSHA Training is required for all applicants.
• Minimum of 10+ years construction supervisory experience; 3+ years at Construction Manager level or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide site construction leadership and staffing to support substations.
• Develop and maintain safety programs in coordination with EH&S.
• Monitor schedule, cost, and quality; report variances to project leadership.
• Support subcontractor development and risk management efforts.
• Lead constructability reviews and drive productivity improvements.
• Ensure on-site resources and equipment are available to meet the project plan.
