Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a full-time licensed psychotherapist to join our remote multidisciplinary team serving adults with substance use disorders. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with medication managers and care navigators.

The role supports a 40-hour week, telehealth delivery, and an average caseload of 30 sessions.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• 2+ years post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans and coordinate levels of care.
