Job summary

Spring Health seeks a full-time psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions via telehealth. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• 2+ years post-licensed experience.
• Ability to work a full 40 hour work week.
• Telehealth competent and comfortable with virtual care.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with SUD.
• Competence in MI/MET and CBT for SUD or related interventions.
• Comfort working with clients across all stages of change.
• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians as part of an integrated care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans with referrals when needed.
• Support members through all stages of recovery with compassionate care.
• Collaborate with Medication Managers, Navigators, and peers to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress with measurement-based care and data-driven decisions.
• Provide counseling, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Complete internal trainings and attend Clinical Team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Review monthly projections and outcomes to monitor quality care.
